Indoor wall vinyl is removable but can’t be re-applied once got rid of. The decal has been tested on both regular & textured walls. When got rid of it must NOT damage your paint. Vinyl decal does not have a background, you transfer the decal from its backing tape onto your destination object. Any background color within the images are for instance purposes only, the true background color would be the material you apply the decal to. Very easy to apply, will ship with application instructions. Only object needed is something flat and hard like a bank card to smooth decal onto surface. Transfer tape is included to verify design does not shift or move upon application.
