Rae Dunn is a California native and is living within the San Francisco, Bay Area. Rae’s inspiration comes from the earth, and she finds beauty in simple shapes, natural forms and found objects. Her utilitarian strategy to designing ceramics is strongly in line with the Japanese aesthetic of wabi sabi; the wonderful thing about things imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete.
