The elliptical shaped wooden pole body is made up of a warm Maple Eucalyptus Wood paired with satin steel accents and base. The white poly/cotton fabric drum shade is secured with a matching round wood finial. A three-way rotary switch is located on the socket controlling a 150 Watt incandescent bulb or an equivalent CFL. The 3-way rotary socket switch will only work with a 3-way light bulb, otherwise this lamp will function with simple on/off switch at its highest setting. This lamp is smart outlet compatible. Bulb is not included. All Adesso lighting products are either UL listed or ETL listed, meaning it has been tested and approved to meet the government-regulated safety standards for the USA.
